thoughts about first online class…
I found it really really neat that we could have a class and learn lots of new and exciting things without even being face to face. I was at first really uncertain as to how this class would go but after experiencing it, I must say I am impressed! I never thought an online class like this was possible, but now I can see the many beneficial aspects of it, both for a student who is learning and maybe later as teacher in my own classroom!

I’m glad you had a good first experience. Of course as we progress, you’ll likely determine what works and what doesn’t. It’s a real challenge as an instructor to try and maximize the learning, create community and interaction as well. It will never replace a face to face learning environment completely but has huge implications for teaching and learning that most have never explored.
